Nice and friendly atmosphere, particularly the staff. From the moment i made contact with the hotel, i was constantly updated by a very responsive lady called Tebogo, who always replied to e-mail questions within a maximum of 30 minutes.
The food is good, the rooms are very spacious and tidy. The place is generally quiet, ...and they also play very soothing background music around the restaurant and reception areas....
Generally had a good stay there.

Great stay
When you drive through the gate the buildings and grounds on the right were unkempt. However you follow a road into a different setting, clean buildings and pleasant grounds. Just a pity the same entrance has to be shared. The room was comfortable, the staff courteous and happy. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to help and very pleasant.
The dining room tables were beautifully laid out and the food scrumptious. The attention to detail was appreciated but napkins rather than paper serviettes would have been better.
We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.
Unknown to the lodge it was our anniversary celebration, and we received honeymoon treatment.
The staff and manager were beyond helpful and friendly.
We felt rested and relaxed and would love to go back soon.

Amazing Weekend
Wow what an amazing weekend we had at Three Oaks. This place is truly amazing and close to most places that can visit. The service we received was exceptional from Barry who minds the reception right to the Waiters at the Restaurant. Everyone has a high regard of service and they pride themselves in providing the best service. We received 4 Star service all the way, this hotel should not be rated as a 1 star it should definitely be rated as a 4 star because the service is that good.
And the welcome setup we got in our room upon arrival was amazing and fitting of the occasion of my better half's birthday celebration.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice tranquil place to stay in the Hartebeespoort area, they would not regret at all.
I will definitely be returning for another visit in the future

Awesome!
What an amazing place! My husband and I had a fabulous weekend away. From the staff to the food, we could not find fault in anything and that is a huge thing for me being very fussy about service, etc. I was quite taken aback that I could not fault anything! The staff are fantastic - so friendly and professional! Oscar is a brilliant chef, Semanga is an absolute star and Joseph too who brought us our food and drinks, he makes a mean cocktail too! We will definitely be back! Keep it up guys, your service is fantastic which is hard to find these days! Thanks for everything!

The food and in particular the friendly staff are commendable. The hotel is lovely - very pleasing to the eye.
We also appreciated the fact that you honoured the advertisement although the special changed from a massage to a boat trip. We would not have enjoyed the boat trip as this is not something special or new to us. The massage was heavenly. Thanks!
A few things to mention that needs attention:
The fancy shower in the room did not work other than the hand shower.
The challenge with the air con due to high humidity caused a sleepless night on the second night due to "Japanese torture" effect. Water on the floor was evident of this issue the Sunday morning.
We were charged for 2x J&B whiskeys which we only realised afterwards was incorrect. The mix was charged correctly though as only 1.
Time for breakfast is noted as 07h00 in the morning. Saturday morning we waited until 8h00 before the staff was ready for us. We had to change our morning plans slightly due to this delay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at 3 Oaks and an Aloe. Will we visit again? Not sure.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed my stay
I enjoyed my stay as much as all the previous times I've been there. But I am a bit disappointed: I forgot something in the room and only realised it last night when I got home. I feel that they could have at least phoned me, seeing that they cleaned the room immediately after we left. I was in the Hartbeespoort area for the whole day, but are now almost 200 km away and have to go all the way back to collect the item I forgot.

Secluded
The hotel is in a peaceful and secluded located, but still close enough to the main tourist routes and attractions. Our stay was in a beautiful spacious self-catering Garden Villa unit and we loved it.
