1:geen padaanwysings ontvang en hopeloos verdwaal.bord wys nie di regte naam nie.
2:geen personnel om jo te ontvang nie en word na middernag deur di nagwag gehelp en in plek geplaas vd nag.
3:geboek in plek met TV kry enkelbeddens teen mekaar vir rubble bed,geen TV.wil net weet of tariewe dieselfde is?
4:geen besem,toiletborsels,mob in eenheid ni dus geen higene ni.self-service eenhede!!!!!
5:pub raas dat geen mens kan slaap ni,dus glad ni my keuse v verblyf ni issi genoem op site ni!!!

I m not happy with how they run things at Eagle Creek Resort i have a few complains:
Firstly it is not a resort
2nd: the staff talk about guest staying there which i think its private what guest is doing in the chalets has nothing to do with other guest.
3rd: the bar they run is not license and it is open for out side guest and seems like its a nite club for youngster aspecially over weekends.
4th: I dont think the people managing the place are suitable for running the place. Its got a lot of potential but with managing that knows how to run a resort.

Our arrival was unexpected for the staff, despite having proof of booking and the accommodation. They did not know which room to give us or how many nights we would be staying. The cottage was decent even though it had not had a last minute clean and geyser and fridge were off.
When I asked about Wifi access, they were clueless. They have never had Wifi. Neither is there TV.
I was advised to phone by the manager- but only got hold of voicemail on three different numbers and was never called back.
We were unlucky to have four episodes of loadshedding in two days. Had to go on a hunt for candles and matches.

Das Eagle Creek Resorts war vielleicht einmal schön, jetzt ist es heruntergekommen. Eine Renovierung ist längst fällig.

Die woonstel is baie mooi en netjies,die oord van self is ook mooi skoon, die dienste van skoon maak kom gepas. Dit sal baie gepas wees as hul voor die tyd die inwonders vra wat hul verkies n stort of n bad, want op die profiel op internet is daar n foto geplaas van n volledige badkamer met n stort en n bad, maar in die woodstel waar ons gebly het was net n stort.

We stayed in 2 lovely chalets. So clean and luxurious. Thank you Julian. Despite the water crisis 2 hours before my son's wedding and the following day it was rather nice.

We had a really good time at Eagle Creek, Thys and Julian who runs the Knights pub was very helpful and we had some really good times at the pub. The accomodation was brilliant, will definitely go back to Eagle Creek in future.

Rustig, skoon en netjies
Die huisie is baie smaakvol gemeubeleer, en die atmosfeer is rustig. Ontvangs was warm en vriendelik, en die geselsies met oom Piet baie genotvol. Sal definitief weer daar gaan bly!

Great place. Very neat and well maintained.
I am really happy with eagle creek resorts it is exactly as shown on the web site unlike many places that make a place look like a 5 star and when you get there you get a shock and wonder if it is the same place that you saw. Would definitely recommend it.
