Floreat Lodge
We really did enjoy our stay there at the Lodge. The room was very nice, the personel was friendly and helpfull and the food was excellent.

Disappointing
We were very disappointed after arriving to our room as it was nothing like the pictures you find on the website (s). I felt ripped off for the price I paid.
The breakfast was excellent and partially made up for the poor room experience.

New staff need better training
I booked the executive suit, but the first night of my reservation was taken by other people. They said it was a mistake by a new staff member. My wife and my mother with my baby had to stay in family suit. A room with 6 beds, with bad infrastructure. It was terrible night.
The other two night turned out to be nice but when I checked out, the staff said I did not pay anything.

Beyond awesome
We checked in on the 22.11 and we were welcomed with warm hands. The staff was excellent. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast was scrumptious and filling. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Due to our hectic schedule we did not have time to enjoy the Spa. We are definitely coming back. Thank you to everyone at Floreat who made our stay there memorable and warm.

We enjoyed our stay until Thursday night of 09 Aug. The other guests do not take other people into consideration and talk, laugh loud and moves chairs and things around, closes the doors hard, so we would suggest that notices be put into the rooms to be considerate of your neighbours around you. Breakfast box
On Saterday the 10th of June we checked out early to take part in a Mountain bike race. We have mentioned it to reception the previous night on our arrival. Great was our surprise when we got a "take away" breakfast box. Thank you for the wonderful service. We enjoyed the stay with you!
