My friends and I rented this house in Simon's Town for a few days because we were coming to a wedding in the area. We really had no idea what to expect.
The view from the house towards the see are just wonderful. The facilities are great. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and the whole house has this great relaxed feeling that we opted to stay in and braai, play pool and use the jacuzzi instead of going out one of the nights.
Lendro was very accommodating with our arrival times and check out times and on hand to sort out trivial things when we needed it.

The view was really amazing! Pool and outside area are fantastic and really cosy. All bedrooms are great and good comfort and bathroom for each room in upper level. You feel really safe in the area, especially with the íntegrated alarm system. It is also good to know that Lendro lives next door and is very helpful!
However, you can see furniture dated from the 80's but it was very ok for us and we felt really comfortable, because we spent most time in the fantastic outside area and in the basement with the really cool billiard table and table tennis. There is also a Sauna, but we did not used during summer....
House is very close to Boulders Beach and the Penguins and restaurants. Travel to cape town 45 minutes.

Perfect place to unwind
My husband and I stayed for a week during which time we were joined by friends for two nights. Worked extremely well for us as we needed the break but also wanted to catch up with dear friends. Meant we did not have to run around to others, they came to us. Suited us well. Gave friends a break too. House was very comfortable; quiet; peaceful; stunning views; and perfect place to re-charge batteries. Owners were keen to please and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Rocklands as a place to unwind. God-willing, if the opportunity arises, we shall return.

Loved it
As a group of friends we just wanted to have fun. We where greeted by Vivian the owner of the house she was very friendly and showed us around. We really enjoyed our stay and the view is breath taking. Loved waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise.
