Ultimate Guesthouse is run by dedicated staff who made our stay welcome. It has a great location which is why we stopped over for the night. It is value for money but it could do with an interior upgrade.

Neat and family friendly
We enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff are friendly. The chalet was clean and neat and had a great view of the mountain.

Pleasantly surprised!
My family and I stopped over at the Ultimate on route to Zimbabwe. It was close enough to the border to get a good start in the morning. Considering the price I paid, I was not expecting too much, however I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and attention to small detail that went in to making our stay really great! PS - awesome bird life was an added bonus.

Cosy and comfortable
We had a pleasant stay at the Ultimate Guesthouse. The room was very spacy, as well as the attached bathroom. We especially liked the garden with swimmingpool and mini put put. And our kids enjoyed petting the dog.

Disappointing!
We were put in a cottage, which was just a room. Room wasn't very clean. Second night loud music and screaming till 03:00 in the morning. Management did nothing. Third night, woken up at 00.30 in the morning. Once again loud music and screaming. Could be a nice place, but needs to be better taken care of.

Enjoyed the stay
We were at the Guesthouse for 4 nights. The room was extremely comfortable and very spacious - completely adequate for our needs. Having a fridge in the room was also very useful. 2 x suppers we had there were delicious. The staff are all very friendly and most helpful.
