Needs TLC.
The accommodation is very basic granted, however it is still in need of a makeover. The shower head is too low for anyone over 1.7m and the geyser is set dangerously high.
The unit is stuck in the 90's...
Bed linen is clean but uncomfortably old.
Kitchen area is nice.

All round ok
Flat is well situated on a private beach. It's cozy and secure, with all the basic holiday accessories. Although it caters for 6, might be a bit cramped with 6 people. Out of season, Port Edward is really quiet and a good getaway from the city.
There are lots of stairs. From the parking to the flat. Something to be considered for older folk.
The flat all round is not to bad and enjoyable but compared to other places we stayed, the place is over priced.

We had a fantastic time at 12 bronze paradise, the facilities are more than adequate and the view is a perfect combination of vegetation and sea! We would gladly go back anytime.
