About Guest Lodge

In principle, I like supporting small business and therefore made a decision to stay in a small guest lodge instead of one of the larger hotel chains. Usually, I have good experiences with this approach, but my experience this time was poor. In an attempt to be constructive, I'd suggest that the Lodge ensures that its gate works (I struggled late at night to get into the premises, because the call number of the gate -- 074 711 2606 does not work), and that it trains its staff. The rooms themselves are nice -- clean, upmarket with a luxurious feel.
