Wrong Room
I booked the room with two single beds on your website (Safari Now), when we checked in, we were put in a double room. The receptionist then phoned the owner which stated she never received the message.
The question is then - why bother to place pictures of the rooms on your website if you cannot specify a room you want?
The receptionist then had to remake the bed into two separate beds, for which I am grateful.
The room's keys was also missing, thus we couldn't lock the door.
