just a pity
Really enjoyed our stay at Barnacles. Warmly welcomed, everything clean, tidy, in order.
Just a pity the promised sleeper couch didn't exist for our 3rd person, as promised. So one of us had to just sleep on the sofa. apparently the sleeper couch was broken. In all fairness they did offer to let us use the flat let next door together with ours, but at extra cost. bit disappointed!!

Welcoming and charming
We had a fantastic stay at Barncles. Everything was clean and very cosy. Great front lawn and umbrella by the outside for place. Perfect for 2 people. Close to the beach.
Hosts were very warm and we felt very at home here.

Cosy and comfortable
We stayed in the smaller of the two flats. It is very small but right for the price. Everything works and the flat is well equipped. Colin, the host, is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We will be back.

Not bad for the price. Colin bent over backwards to help us make a Braai. Beds were great and linens clean.

Wonderful time
We had such a wonderful time at Barnacles. Colin really made us feel welcome and he was very helpful. The view was nice and in very close walking distance from the beach and the river. The flat was very cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be going back for another visit. We really enjoyed our time. We will be recommending Barnacles to our friends.

Cute cosy and comfortable. A wonderful bed and huge shower with plentiful hot water. A little patio with a great seaview rounded off a perfct place to stay. This lovely little flatlet did not disappoint. The owners, Colin and his mum Rita were perfect hosts and made our two months stay memorable. Thankyou Barnacles.

Neat and tidy
