Boathouse in Ballito

We had a wonderful time.....the room was perfect, with beautiful ocean views, and the comfort and cleanliness was on a par with some of the best hotels in Europe! The staff were fantastic, made us feel like part of the family and we were very sad to have our stay come to an end. The food and service was excellent, and there isn't one negative thing we could say about The Boathouse, we will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Natal. Value for money: 100%. Special thanks to Duty Manager Henry, to Suran who went out of his way to ensure pleasant and memorable meal times, to Vusi, a credit to the 'refreshments' department, to Sli in the restaurant, and last but NOT least, the lovely chamber ladies, and all whose names we haven't mentioned, for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. We have already and most definitely will recommend The Boathouse to all our family, friends and associates both in South Africa and the UK and Europe, should they consider making the Natal North Coast a holiday destination. The boathouse has a stunning view to the beach and is so close to the shops and the beach, so that you can take a daily stroll to get to your destination. we had two meals at the boathouse which were divine and it was really relaxing to eat and watch the waves crash on shore. Thank you for your hospitality.
