Poor
We only stayed 1 day of the 5 days. They did maintenance work on the premises and in front of our front door from 7h00-16h00. I would also suggest that the owner do some maintenance work inside the flat and also the tv cabinet. The kitchen is not up to standard. The picture for advertising is awesome. The view is beautiful.

As owners living in Musina, Limpopo province we were not aware of the current out off season maintenance work let alone the type of maintenance that were taking place to the complex and apparently regrettably for the period which these guests booked. We therefore apologize and express our at most regret for any inconvenience caused regarding the maintenance work to them more than once. These guests in their unfair review did not in any way acknowledge the fact that we as the owners went out of our way to organize alternative accommodation and paid their money back for 4 nights once they complained regarding the maintenance to the complex even after the complex manager assured us it was not that noisy and disturbing inside the units as he also resides in the complex in one off the units. POTENTIAL GUESTS, please read through all the other extremely positive reviews scoring way over average, off which one is only a view weeks prior to this negative and unfair review from these disgruntled and unfair guests. By reading the other reviews you will come to the immediate conclusion that this negative review is not even close to fare on this apartment and what it has to offer, not to mention the uncalled for and again total unfair suggestion of maintenance work to be done by the owner on the inside of the unit and a kitchen that is not up to standard. 2 Reviews specifically mentioned the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed there, so what did they expect of a kitchen in this type of self catering unit for the price they paid?

Wonderfull apartment and seaview
This apartment in a secure complex offers amazing ocean and breaker views with the sound of waves through the apartment. Well equipped for a self-catering holiday at a very reasonable price. Located in a quiet area on the beach and also not far from the main beach with shops/restaurants.
