Not a special place for us!
We booked a double room, but did not get what we thought to have booked according to the pictures. For the same money as a room in The Loft, they gave us a sober room, not decorated uniquely, on the other site of the road, without a honesty-bar, without internet and without a view of the garden. It was clean with a small but nice bathroom, practical for 1 night and when you also expected this, not more. It looked like a motel. For breakfast we had to cross a road and through a back door through the garden to the breakfast room, not comfortable and peaceful and not at all when it rains. This was not indicated on the website. When you make a booking, you will need to ask for a room in The loft.
For us it was a disappointment. We were looking for special places in South Africa, but this was not a special place for us!

Awesome stay at De Loft
This is one of the most amazing places I've stayed. The rooms are so beautifully decorated you don't want to leave. The owner is hands-on and ready to help with a big smile. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Marinda!
