Not Good
Please be advised that my wife and I was not pleased with your booking! Not at all.
On our arrival, we were booked into a contractors room with no on suite facilities, let alone a kettle!!
I queried this with the office personnel at the Watergat who moved us to a more suitable unit with an on suite facility at extra cost (although the Watergat was by no means fully booked!!)
Sorry! I will not make use of your services again and never refer you to anyone.

Die Watergat
Very third rate accomodation. No adequate lighting in rooms. Scruffy bedding and towels. All felt grubby.
Surprisingly they have capitalised on the setting of the bar and restuarnat which was quite pleasant.
