Unhappy
The house itself is generally good except the front gate is a mission to open and close and is rotten. the house is advertised as a 15 sleeper but has approx. 10 sets of cutlery or less.
The biggest down side is that the water supply to the upper level is very erratic. on the 2nd day we had no water (hot or cold) we had to buy buckets and carry water upstairs to bath and fill the cisterns.
This house has great potential but poor maintenance. I gave this a one rate because I could not give it a Zero

Magnificent views and well kept garden. House was rundown and desperate need of a makeover. The sheets were stained and everything was grubby. The sponge in the bathroom had pubic hair in it!! Most unhygienic! Everything needed to be washed before we used it.

Great stay
I enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the place. It is a lovely house that is a home-away-from-home. Highly recommended for family getaways. The only downside was that we had no TV, as the website did mention that DStv would be provided.

Awesome
The house was awesome with a spacious kitchen and a magnificent master bedroom. For the cost of the weekend it was the best deal ever. W ill definitely be going back. Ron the caretaker was very helpful indeed.
However the gate to the entrance of this place needs some attention and I recommend an automated one.
