Beautiful House - when checking in please check that everything is in order
It's a beautiful house with a beautiful view and good facilities but when you check in please make sure that everything is in order. The Company that rented the house have charged me for breakages that did not happen and if it did happen the amount charged was not realistic. Please check everything.

What nice guests, shame they have any negative feelings. All of our properties are carefully managed and we do a full check of contents and conditions before and after each rental. The issue involved a coffee percolator that was broken during the booking which we replaced like for like [and charged accordingly] We hope that the guests return at some point again to enjoy this lovely house.
