Good
We stopped at this farm lodge on our way from Johannesburg to St Lucia. It was the perfect stop-over. Although we arrived rather late, we felt welcome and everything was ready for us.
Comfortable beds, firewood for the braai and a beautiful and quiet setting made the evening and night enjoyable. Leslie was very helpful, even providing us with local contacts when our tire ran flat.
Strongly recommended!

Lovely rest point
We received a warm welcome on arrival. Cottage was clean and comfortable with great views. Dinner and breakfast served to our cottage was lovely. Overall a good experience will go back if ever in the area again. Highly recommend.

It´s a nice location close to Swaziland. It´s natural and basic, with good rooms and bathrooms. Everything is clean, and the owners are very very nice people. The make the Braai for you and gives you wood.
The road from Piet Retief to the location has potholes.

we have had a wonderful time at Elsie and Pieter's apartment.
Besides a warm welcome it is also the farm next to the frontier with Swaziland. Only 3 min drive.And if you want to visit this small country this friendly family show you the best places to go.
Elsie even made us a small boboti meal cause as foreigners we had not had this before.Also possibility to have an african braai.

Fantastiese oornag akkommodasie
Voorwaar 'n plesier gewees om hier te oornag. Pieter en Elsie is fantastiese gashere en het ons selfs nog voor ons daar aangekom het al laat tuis voel. Baie dankie!
