Green Valley Lodge

I was pleasantly surprised. Had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Really enjoyed it.

I had a very relaxing night and happy with the room. However, I booked for two adults and found that only one bath towel was in the room. I had to call the receptionist to bring a second towel, which could have been avoided if proper checks were done before I checked in. I disliked that I was not told that if I consumed the items in the refrigerator I will have to leave cash in the room when I check out on Saturday. I would have appreciated being told to keep cash by the receptionist. I had a bank card and only realised on Saturday morning that the reception is closed and I can’t pay for the items I consumed. I need to now do a bank transfer and this would have been avoided if I was told on Friday when I checked in that I will have to leave cash in the room for items consumed. Overall, I had a restful evening and loved my stay at the lodge and it was exactly what I was hoping for.

It was a pleasant stay!

I was very impressed with the quality of the accommodation and the way in which the staff were prepared to accommodate my specific needs. I will most definately make use of their services again.
