Haven Views

The log cabin is situated on the top of a mountain overlookingthe Knysna lagoon. The cabin is surrounded by lush greenery, and one can alwayshear the birds chirping in the trees. It has the most stunning veranda, whichis where we spent most of our time braaing and admiring the view. The upstairsbedroom was a delight and the open-plan kitchen was fully equipped. Ourhostess, Kim Talbot, was as charming as the cabin itself. We knew she was onhand anytime we needed her without being overbearing. We were particularlychuffed to see she had gone to the effort to write “Welcome Kouletakis Family”on the front door of our log cabin, and stocked the kitchen with bread, jams,butter, coffee etc (all the things one craves after a 5 hour trip). It was the littlethings like this that made us feel most welcome. Should we ever venture toKnysna again, we shall definitely stay here again! Thank you, Kim, for anabsolutely awesome experience!
