We celebrated our1 year wedding anniversary at Itaga and it was stunning. The hospitably that wereceived from arrival until departure was superb. The team at Itaga interactwith every guest and they make you feel at home. Included in the accommodationis a late afternoon game drive, of which both Danie and Rochelle have excellentknowledge on the wildlife as well as a good sense of humour. During our stay weexperienced nothing but great service from everyone, we even requested certaindietary requirements and it was never an issue. The food was absolutelydelicious. The accommodation was nice and cosy and offered an indoor as well asoutdoor shower. One morning we were greeted by Nyalas outside our bedroomwindow and we were also fortunate to see the klipspringer in its naturalhabitat inside the lodge. Besides the watering hole Itaga also has a stunningviewing deck and the sunsets you experience are breathtaking. Itaga is truly anamazing place.
Return visit
Last visit was some 8 years ago. This time we saw all the animals that we missed last time.
Lazarus, our guide made it a mission to see everything. Excellent.

Very relaxed and comfortable lodge with lovely staff and great food. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly! If you have no expectations of seeing the Big 5 it is a wonderful break in the bush with no demands.
