absolute waste of money. only good thing is the shuttle service. area surrounding chalets is dirty, breakfast same everyday, no ice available, unhelpful staff and really uncomfortable beds. will not recommend this to anyone

Kwena weekend
Clean and comfortable chalets away from the busy Sun City areas, that still offers free access to the Sun City facilities. We enjoyed the bush atmosphere a lot and the breakfast was great

uninformed and unfriendly staff
The chalets were clean and tidy, but the staff and their attitude not so great. They could not help us with any name of a restaurant for dinner, since we wanted to make a booking in advance. The only one they could come up with was the wimpy and was unfriendly and impatient
My feeling is, that if you pay R2000 a night for two people, you should be able to help them with things like the above.
Surely we are not the first who enquired about restaurants?
The next issue was that the satelite tv was not working, and, being the semi final of the world cup, would have been nice, since they advertise that they do have satelite tv.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KWENA TO ANYBODY, I FEEL IT IS WAY OVERPRICED WITH LITTLE ATTENTION TO THE NEEDS OF THE GUESTS.
