Lapeng Guest Lodge

Laleng guest lodge is a very pleasant place to stay.

Staff is very friendly,assistance is very good and organized . Peaceful and quit away from the hectic city life style. Beautiful birds waking you in the morning. Some wild life noted in the evenings.
We had the deluxe room, very neat, clean, modern ( love the wood finishing in the rooms and bar.)
The Restaurant food was very well prepared and presented.
Very secure with security guards at night.

Thank you for the great service and stay.
Will definitely visit again.

I've visited Lapeng for years, each visit I hope they've sorted out their lack of Vodacom signal, but no. Also only limited Wi-Fi in the restaurant area. This combination makes Lapeng not really suitable as a businessman's hotel although most of their customers are businessmen. It's a pity as its the one decent establishment in the Steelpoort area. Start breakfast at 06h00 would also be an improvement as most of the mines in the area are 07h00 start.
