Awesome stay
We just stayed at Merwenstein Guestfarm for the week over Christmas. It was a great holiday, the accommodation was great, spacious rooms with ceiling fans and a chill-out area. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful without being intrusive... Oh and the river was incredible! A perfect stay...

The guest house lacks the little attention to detail eg. a towel at the front door not a mat, lights not working in bedrooms, no soap in bathrooms, mattresses and pillows substandard and dinners very expensive for the quality of food given. Powdered milk on tea-trays in bedrooms. Very untidy. Heidi and Hugo lovely people.

Mervenstein wonderfull Guest House
We had a wonderful stay at Mervenstein Guest House. Heidi made us a very interesting and learning tour among grapes and fruit trees and the river. We learned a lot of how a farm was driven. The house was very clean and we enjoyed every minute we spend there. We can recommend Mervenstein guesthouse with all our hearth.
We visited the kindergarten, and were impressed of the work that was shoved there. Thank you for a wonderful but too short stay.
