So much potential, needs LOTS of TLC
Ideal location in Strand, with very good potential, old hotel interior needs some serious revamp. Only 1 lift working in building, and does not even go down to basement parking level. Room needs major revamp. Old and worn furnishing & utensils. Bathroom, covered in mould growth on tiles around bath. At in excess of R1000/night for self catering, very much overpriced for what's on offer.
