We enjoyed our stay, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the place was clean and cousy. It's close to most tourist attractions. Definitely booking there again.

Romantic getaway
Our stay at the Palm Valley Inn was nothing short of exceptional! The staff were friendly, the pool refreshing and the unit itself comfortable and pleasant. Everything made our getaway one to remember. We will be definitely be back.

Disappointed
Reception isn't very friendly.
Not very clean, room and bedding smelled funny. I can see it used to be a nice place, but it has not been kept up to standard.

What a wonderful experience, I got engaged on Valentines day in our unit, it was so romantic and sweet...thank you everybody for such wonderful and clean service, next time we will definitely stay longer...Thank you once again.

Terrible
Our stay was only ok. The unit has no décor and is not welcoming. The kitchen utensils were dirty. We luckily took our own washing and dish cloths and soap and washed everything we needed to use. Even their dish cloths looked like floor cloths...just gross. All linen was clean but needed a desperate iron. Website pictures are incredibly deceiving and there is nothing "luxury" about this accommodation. Will not be returning to this venue.

Décor – The owner prefer a clinical look
Not welcoming – Please give your recommendations how to make the apartments more welcome from a guests point of view.
Kitchen utensils and dishcloths –This is not acceptable. The responsible member of staff had a hearing. If only you have mentioned earlier we would definitely attend to it!
Linnen – This is a new fabric we are experimenting with for a creased look.
Luxury – Thank you for bringing this to our attention as well. Will change the word to spacious it’s a better description of the 113m 2 size apartment.
Website picture – This was taken by our own personnel with a standard camera and was not Photoshop. Which ones are you referring to because other guest mentioned that what they saw it’s exactly what they got. Please see attached the most recent guest book reviews.
