Lovely stay
Stunning rustic accommodation. Had everything we needed; a fully equipped kitchen, great braai area and even a fireplace inside our cottage. Went for a lovely walk and saw some antelope. Would love to go back for a longer stay. Great farm atmosphere and the perfect place to get away from the city noise and relax.

My husband and I started our Honeymoon at Poortjie Game Farm. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well equipped the unit was. It was overall just an absolute great start to our Honeymoon and we have decided that we will definately be visiting Poortjie again in future.

We a had a very nice stay, the accomodation set up is comfortable and every thing you may need is provided for, a great place for a group of friends with children to have a weekend away as you get the whole place to yourself and the kids have a ball, very friendly Freestate hospitality from Gerhard and Hannelie, we will definitely be back.
