Protea Hotel by Marriott® Cape Town Sea Point

We were booked in one of the oldest rooms with a view on a parking lot - no sea view at all. we had to ask them to move us to a room with a view, which they did the next morning. This was also a very old room with two single beds in. Everyday we had to ask to refill our coffee, sugar and tea. In the restaurant, we had to ask to refill the food holders and coffee. Our overall impression was bad service. When we arrived there, we found out that we have to pay additional for the parking, which wasn't stated in our booking through Safari.

The Protea Hotel accommodation was extremely good.. Every staff member gave us excellent service and with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable, secure and provided us with a private, relaxed stay with not a care in the world. Thank you Protea Hotel. It was an experience I’d love to revisit, and thank you for the treats and card in our room. Many thanks to Shanaaz for making the booking.
