The flat was smelling of cigarette smoke, the shower door is broken, the windows has not been washed for a long time, the lounge suite is so dirty we had to use the plastic chairs to sit on, the mattresses is old and needs to be replaced, no toilet paper when we arrived. I asked the owner if there is DSTV and if I must bring my own decoder but he failed to reply and I know why, there is no DSTV dish! Over all the place needs a lot of TLC...
