Very pleasant and neat. Staff is very helpful.

Our room was a self catering room (allegedly) but didn't have any pans apart from two fryinmg pans, no toaster and very limited facilities. The bathroom was so dark that it was impossible to shave and the only window (with clear glass) opened straight onto a public area. The second window, in the bedroom, opened straight on to a public road, so the venetian blind had to be kept closed at all times. We had booked for 3 nights but decided to leave after just one, forfeiting our deposit. The owner told us that he would 'sort things out with us' the following morning, but when we were ready to leave at 8.30, we were told that he was unavailable as he was still in bed. In summary, a total disaster.
