We spent the most awesome time in this villa. An unforgettable 2 weeks and we are spending our next holiday here for sure.

One of the best
Been going to San Lameer for the past 8 years and this has definitely been one of the best villas that we have stayed in.
Very neat and pleasant, close to the beach.
Highly recommendable.

easy going good value
Well looked after unit and decently equipped, Gordon (owner) is easy to communicate and transact with. We stayed for 7 days and unit is near the beach which is convenient (We still drove as it is a long walk having young kids) Would stay again

Superb!
Having stayed at other units at San Lameer in the past I can say that Villa 3407 is absolutely superb. The owner was very helpful with the booking process and the unit is well kitted out with all the necessities needed for a comfortable weekend away. I'd definitely recommend villa 3407 to any golfers or families looking to stay at San Lameer and I'll definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful Family Holiday !
What a Great unit ! Everything you could possibly need, a real home from home!! All four bedrooms were very comfortable and having three bathrooms was fantastic with eight people.
Air-cons in the unit were wonderful with the humidity and having a washing machine a bonus. My Family and I had an awesome time, the beach is a short walk away and has an excellent Restaurant "the Mariner" Thank-you for making our Holiday a Wonderful one !!! We would love to stay again !

Great time
The apartment and complex was very highly rated by all the guests, young and old! A very relaxing environment with a beautiful stream just outside and a short walk to the quiet beach.

The unit was lovely and we really had a fantastic time, even the kids
location is beautiful.
Some suggestions:
Please arrange locks for the bathroom doors.
There were extra dishes in the dining room cabinet, but they were unwashed and dirty.
But overall , a good stay, thank you
Will even be back!
