Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time staying here, you will be bitterly disappointed!

A lovely stay!
The unit was very well positioned for access to the pool at the hotel and had a sea view as well.
The air conditioning was such a pleasure in the heat and the children enjoyed having the top level to themselves while we enjoyed the peace and quiet downstairs.
We will definitely be back!

Great Resort
2205 was fine for the stay. Décor is tastefully done but the unit itself is dated and is in need of refurbishment especially bathrooms finishes, cupboards, kitchen zinc, lounge furniture broken, sagging beds . Maintenance also due as some lights are not working, two point plugs missing, air-con remotes not working/ no batteries.

Lovely, spacious unit
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 2205. It is a spacious unit - we were 5 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough space for all of us. The unit was clean and well equipped, with a few extras like a gas braai and a coffee percolator, which added to our comfort. The unit is centrally located within the estate. San Lameer is a wonderful holiday estate for families. The sea views from the villa are beautiful and we managed to spot a couple of whales during our stay. We will definitely be back!

VILLA 2205 RUNDOWN
San Lameer is a lovely place and the villa is beautifully situated. However after paying so much money it was disappointing to find that the inside of the villa was very run down. From furniture, to fittings, appliances etc. Everything requires a major uplift. If you want to continue charging premium prices, put some money back into the property
