Silver Cloud Lodge

Great welcome by Amanda, but unfortunately the rest of our experience was not to our satisfaction. Firstly the TV in the room was not working. Secondly we arranged that we will have dinner at the lodge. Thankfully I overheard the the one lady telling the other lady she is sending her staff home as there is nothing for them to do.  I then reminded her that we arranged for dinner, which I must be honest was not worth the R95 we paid.  We were told that the bar would stay open, which it did not.  I have found the overall experience at the lodge very unprofessional.
