The first room we got was horrible; the bed faced onto the opposite units, curtains didn't close properly so light came through from the opposite building! We asked Gideon to please let us upgrade our room but I was told he couldn't do anything. We ordered room service; the steak was off. I called them to come fetch it, I wasn't refunded. In the morning we got upgraded for an extra R300. It was my daughters wedding so the groom and his guys came to get ready in my room. We asked for extra towels but were told only four per room as it costs money to wash them! After the wedding we requested dry towels from reception and were told there were no clean or dry towels and we need to wait till the morning! What a bad experience.

There were no Deluxe Sea facingunits available at the time of the enquiry, therefore a Standard 2-bedroomapartment was quoted for and accepted. As mentioned during the enquiryprocedure, our Standard apartments do not have full sea views, but the ocean isvisible from the balcony.
We are sorry to hear about yourdisappointment with the room service you received. Kindly note however, that weare a self-catering establishment and that the room service would have beenprovided by the Lagoon Beach Hotel. Unfortunately we have no control over theservice they provide.
Our apartments are equipped for 4adults and therefore 4 sets of towels would have been provided on check-in. Weare happy to provide extra towels, within reason. We were however not informedbeforehand that some of the bridal party would be using your apartment to getready, as we would have been happy to make arrangements with you.

Good location, fantastic view
We had a lovely family holiday at Lagoon Beach Apartments. The location is ideal for visiting most CT tourist attractions. The lagoon and beach (no lifesavers) is wonderful for small kids if there is not wind.

Holiday
The view is excellent and the beach is on your doorstep. However, there are too few loungers at both pools making it difficult to spend a long time there. There is only one fan in the entire apartment (main bedroom). These apartments require air conditioning or more fans.
The pictures on Safari Now must be updated to show the front line apartments and not the three executive suites that are unavailable.

Fantastic accommodation
We stayed at Sunstays for 5 nights and we had a fantastic time, the view is second to none, rooms are clean and well maintained. We forgot a pair of shoes and when we phoned they quickly recovered it and sent it to us. Very happy with the service.
