We attended a weekend over end Oct 2014 and the first two major points I was happy about was the space available in the house which the pictures do not do justice to (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas) as well as the breath taking view from the back deck WOW, the other that the house shelters so much of the wind that the deck is basically calm even with a Southeaster blowing like we had. This allowed us to have the main deck doors open all day and night taking in the sea and sounds on offer.
The only downside was the small fridge which seemed to be a bit old and not capable of cooling a full fridge of items as the house accommodates 10 people and the slow hot plates and stove when it came to breakfast and lunch (Also a bit old).
That said the house is beautifully furnished and had all the items needed for a weekend. Mary was very pleasant in her welcome and a great joy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxed weekend with great views and a comfortable, well fitted holiday home. The feel to the house was amazing, a real home away from home!

A very special place where special family memories have been made. Thank you. There is no beating going to sleep with and waking up to the sound of the roaring ocean, being endlessly entertained by the surfers performing wee miracles every day from the comfort of ones "own" home and enjoying the ever-changing view. The house is incredibly well equipped with crockery, cutlery and "tools" for every occasion. A real home from home. Even if at first the kids hated the lack of wifi, we are now all agreed that lack of Wifi facilitated superb family time and with hindsight, we wouldn't have it any other way. There is a lovely coffee shop called Espresso.kom in the village a few minutes walk away. They do great coffee and have free wifi for if one needs to check in on emails etc, From time to time, as we did. The TV didn't even get switched on. Absolutely the best family holiday ever.

Lovely house with great location right at the beach. We were there on holiday from the 24th to the 27th of November. the owner Mary was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house for anyone.

Ideal start to the holiday. Only an hour or so from the airport and warmly welcomed by Mary, the owner. The house had everything we needed, with a great Mall within 10 minutes or restaurant in the village (1 minute). The location is perfect and the view is superb. Golf and hiking within 20 minutes.
