Very dissapointed
Made the booking, paid the booking, booking was confirmed by the lodge, arrived at 7 pm, and were told that there was a double booking made, they did not have a room, waited for 2 hours for them to find me other accomodation, next night again they did not have accomodation and ended sleeping at another lodge for 2 days, never even seen the inside of this lodge that was paid for, the deal I took was bed and breakfast, only to find out not according to their booking it was not. Very dissapointed, whole experince left a bad taste in my mouth, will never book here again

Great stay
Great Stay at Zanami, staff were friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us well. Executive suite met my expectations. Will recommend to friends.
