What a nice way to end a long day!
We recently stayed at 17 on Bird Guest House and can definitely recommend them.
Scrumptious breakfast, Friendly and attentive staff, clean and fresh rooms, king size beds (a definite plus when travelling with a co-sleeping 2 year-old).
Overall a very pleasant stay.

we had a lovely stay. if you ever need a place to stay in Beaufort, this is the place. you get so much more than what you pay for. the owners are lovely, warm hearted people. the detail in the decor and the priceless pieces that is a feast for the eye will be long remembered. thank you for a wonderful weekend. we will return.

Great spot for an overnight stay
Stayed overnight on a busy weekend, while driving back to Johannesburg. Friendly staff, good breakfast offering (although a bit on the pricey side) and most of all, a good night's sleep. We found it quiet (off the busy N1) and comfortable - would definitely recommend as an overnight stop.
