Our stay was so excellent ,everything was super the room was very neat n nice ,I would recommend anyone to go n see...we had Great stay with friendly staff

Avenues has great potential and is a comfortable place to stay however not suitable for disabled people at all. We were very disappointed in the room we got from you - For one my wife is disabled and walks with a walker with wheels - the room was not suitable in that the shower you have could not be opened wide enough because of the toilet and the shower was too high was too high for her to lift her legs to get in so she had to do without a shower that morning which is unacceptable to say the least. The step down to the beds was way too high for her and she had a terrible time trying to go to the toilet during the night. People who are disabled need a flat floor not steps hard to climb. She almost fell. The beds were comfortable. QUite frankly it was the worst room you could have given us. Understandably the amount paid was obviously why, and we were quite capable of paying more. You need to build a room that can house a disabled person adequately. You also need a mirror (full length so that people can see what they look like when they dress. At least we got to sleep but you putting us in that room was honestly almost too much for my wife. Please rather tell people who have disabled spouses not to go there. I suggest you make steps going down into the room and one into the bathroom and rather put down mats that are rubberized
