Lovely stay
Lovely setting with stunning garden, swimming pool and rooms. Breakfast was good with friendly hosts. Although no Spa at Bloomestate - Walk to the Rain Spa next door where bills were transferred to the Bloomestate account for ease of settlement. Rain products of highest quality used in bathrooms.

Excellent all-round
A beautifully designed, well-thought out retreat. The attention to every detail was excellent. Definitely one of the best places I've been to in South Africa.
Wonderful hosts, lovely rooms, generous bathrooms, perfect set-up for reading at the pond with twittering weavers, a sparkling pool, lavender and citrus, and real sense of space and tranquility.
The owners made a special effort for a romantic event, and did so beautifully.

Really beautiful
It is excellent and my wife and I enjoyed the relaxed and friendly and peaceful atmosphere. The place was really beautiful and well looked after.
Hats off and thank you to Maarten and Carla for their top class hosting and food.
