Damas Guesthouse
We visited Damas Guesthouse over Christmas 2014, and we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and although we did not have dinner at the guesthouse the breakfast was very good. The rooms was up to standard, when considering this is only a three star venue, although the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, but this could have been a once-off issue only.

Has potential
The food was excellent, the accommodation was nice although I would have liked if it was less cobweb, spider and dust free.

One Night stay only
The attention to us by the manager and staff was first class. The evening meal and selected wine were delicious.
Very good value for money.
Since we only spent one night at Damas, it was difficult to give a precise objective appraisal. Therefore, many of the replies to the above questions were noted as "unsure". However, the hotel met our expectations.

Ideal stay
We were in town to visit family members for a few days and really enjoyed our stay at Damas. Very friendly, relaxed and accomodating staff. Gourgeous location in the midst of a vineyard with well kept grounds. Nice menu for the restaurant/room service and the food was very good with good value for money. Rooms were very nice, clean and well equipped. Have absolutely no complaints! In a perfect world, a swimming pool and few more channels on the TV would have been nice for kids and adults alike, but would not prevent us from returning!

Splendid
Ek het absoluut heerlik gebly. Die gasvryheid en diens was uit die boonste rakke.
I had an absolutely splendid stay. The hospitality and service were of the highest standards.
