we slept over at Die Kleipot in Colesberg on our way to Betty'Bay. What a pleasant surprise . The hosts were friendly and the staff also. will recomend it any time to people and if i have to to Cape town again i wll sleep there again .

I have stayed at this guest house on a number of different occasions in the past. My experience has always been positive both from the establishment viewpoint and also from the staff viewpoint. On this occasion the customer relationship management skills exhibited by a lady (I can only assume that it was Lindsay. She did not introduce herself) were appalling. She was rude. It was uncalled for. This organisation will not again enjoy my custom.

Overnight Surprise
We were looking for a place to stay on our trip back home. Searching the Internet I found Die Kleipot and from the photos and description decided to take a chance. What a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Pleasant surroundings, tasteful décor, wonderfully prepared and very efficient. Look forward to staying there again on my trip the north every so often. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was the third time I returned to the Kleipot and as usual the rooms are well maintained and clean. Service is always with a smile and the food at the onsite restaurant is superb!
