We had a wonderful time at Doornbosch Guest Farm. The accommodation is new, tastefully designed & well kitted out. The farm has a mixture of farm animals and wild animals & has excellent mountain biking terrain which was fun to explore. The hosts were wonderful and our stay far exceeded our expectations. Will be sure to be back.

Piece of heaven
If you are looking for the ideal, tranquil and super luxurious retreat away from the rat race, then Doornbosch is the place where your batteries will get recharged! This is truly a slice of heaven to be experienced by all looking for that quick breakaway. Words cannot describe or justify the awesome views, wide open spaces and great interior design at Doornbosch. You will have everything, from an outdoor braai, indoor fireplace, dstv, underfloor heating, to name but a few, at your disposal that will add in making this an unforgettable experience. All that is left to say is to look for that opening in your diary so that you can visit Doornbosch!

A tranquil and luxurious experience
What a wonderful time we had at Doornbosch. We had high hopes for our stay, but it exceeded expectations. A stunningly beautiful and spacious guest house (the photos in fact don't do it justice)with all the comforts you could want. The setting is beautiful with lovely views from the verandah over the pool towards the hills. What really made our stay were the wonderful hosts, Heidi and Bertie, who went out of their way to make it a unique and special experience. Heidi provided us with gorgeous breakfasts and took us on a really interesting drive round the property to see the game, fynbos etc. We also shared a meal with them, which was lovely. I'd have no hesitation in going back. Only complaint is that our stay wasn't longer - we didn't want to leave!
