No warm water!!!!

Disappointed
We were very disappointed with the room we were offered when we booked a deluxe room and the one we got didn't look anything like the picture on the website.The room didn't fit the description at all. This was more like the standard or budget option. The mattress was as hard as a rock Lady at reception couldn't find our booking even though I had been in contact with them a few times by email. She also didn't know that we had paid in full. It was great to have a shuttle to collect us from and take us back to the airport.

Very comfortable
I stayed at Emerald Guest House for one night while attending meetings in Joburg. It was very comfortable, well run and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. Highly recommended..

Booked for one night between flights and found this to be excellent value and a very reliable pick-up and drop off at the airport. Had a great breakfast before leaving and would highly recommend.

I was warmly met at the airport and safely taken to the hotel, which took no time at all. I felt welcomed by the host and all of the staff. The room was cool, comfortable, clean and a lovely surprise. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were again very friendly.
My only regret is that my stay was only one night out of necessity. i have already recommended your establishment to friends both in SA and UK.
