Genesis Suites

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Year 2012/2013. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. My reservation was done expertly and when I wanted it amended to include one more night and one extra person, it was done with super efficiency. Haylee is professional and very efficient. The units are clean and well equipped. My only complaint would be the unfriendly long faces of the staff at the adjoining restaurant where breakfast is served. I know that the restaurant is not part of the hotel.

The accommodation was excellent and the staff very obliging and i received everything I required from overnight accommodation - except - I could not get an invoice out of the receptionist - for "?" reason. a businessman does require certain documentation for office purposes. I would certainly recommend this establishment.
