Our stay at Gewel Gastehuis was a great experience. The old world charm of the house with its spacious rooms was great. But what really warmed our hearts in the cold Ficksburg winter was the warmth and charm of our hospita, Non, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The feeling that she and her husband really care about their guests, puts Gewel Gastehuis on our ‘must visit again’ list.
