Hangklip Mountain Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at Hangklip Mountain Cottage. This place is an ideal get-away close to Cape Town. The location of the cottage allows for great views of the lighthouse, and since it's behind the Hangklip it get's quite dark at night allowing for great views of the stars.

The rooms, kitchen and bathroom are neat and new, and the lounge is equipped with a fireplace. There is also an outdoor braai area and sitting area, all with great views.

I was absolutely blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean afforded to this mountain accomodation. The decor and atmosphere of the cottage was welcoming and warm and made me feel relaxed, and that I was certainly away from hom & on a holiday getaway. The cottage was well equipped to make my stay comfortable with ease. I managed to find many activities and sights that I enjoyed just a stone throw away with the advice of Nico who provided an excellent service level in hosting us for our stay. I would definitely recommend the accommodation and return in the near future.
