Kiepersol House

Our visit at Kiepersol  was a very nice one the place is very beautiful and very clean . I will always advise anybody I know to make a reservation  at that house because that is a home away from home . I enjoyed  every second of being  in that house 

We were a group of 7 people who booked the Kiepersol House Unit L1 situated in Hulula Lakeside Lodge. To start with when we arrive to collect our keys for the house the guards at the second gate were very rude and asked us to spend the night somewhere else or go back and come tomorrow morning. Even with repeated plea that we have booked accomodation they were quite adamant. To add this we couldnt get hold of Mrs. Elmarie Horn over the phone with repeated attempts. Also the caretaker/Manager Mr. Anthony was out in Johannesburg as the guards told us. After waiting at the gate for more than an hour we were given the keys by Mr.Shawn. This doesnt end here. The Guest welcome broucher mentions that the water supply to the unit is purified and Drinkable but to be fair(We have the video of these) the color of the water was red/Grey. So 7 people staying in without shower/bath for 3 days is not pleasant at all. These are just 2 basic issues but the list is quite long. So all in all the accomodation provided was not up to the mark as advertised.
