We had a wonderful stay the rooms were lovely and comfortable.the staff friendly and so helpful. We felt spoiled. Wonderfully tranquil and peaceful place.would love to return one day. Lovely old world charm.

A beautiful oasis situated in the arid and harsh Karoo landscape. The atmosphere is unique, and enhanced by old hotel customs. Excellent service, very neat and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The silence of the Karoo
Enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay on Melton Wold. An ideal stop over to break a journey from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Appreciated Ronel, Willem and their staff's hospitality. Savoured the opportunity to mountain bike in the silence of the Karoo, experience traditional country cuisine and the opportunity to unwind after leaving the hustle and bustle of urban life.
