Mont Blanc Heights Apartments

Flat was great, clean and block was perfectly located for our needs. Concierge very helpful but a huge design flaw? is that smoke from flats below seems to come through the bathroom central vent and extractor making it very smelly for non-smokers. Would go to the block again only if we could be assured not to have that smoke engulfing our fresh air.
