My Pond
We enjoyed our stay. An ideal spot to watch the boat races on the river. The staff are willing to help and the rooms are great. We had a river view and it was superb.

My Prince and I had a wonderful stay at MyPond Hotel. We received a very warm service. It was our first time in Port Alfred and you made it a very memorable experience! We will be coming back next year!

Happy enough for the time spent. Room was adequate and amenities was ok. Central in town.
Had issues with cold water and no water at the time we really needed it the most. We attended graduation of our son and when we wanted to shower and dress up it was not possible.
Highly inconvenient.
Must add that it was a town or street issue apparently.
