Number 25 On Oyster

Beautiful House Good Housekeeper.  Rented the full property for two weeks, but when i arrived there were guests still there in the annex room and they didn't move out until the next day the owners just assumed this was ok and I see from other review this is not the first time this has happened.  Security was very bad, the alarm only worked one time in the two weeks we were there, the maid told me the day i arrived that the alarm didn't work but the owners insisted it did.  No locks on the patio doors, just a button to push down.  The panic button worked but that was in the annex room.  My brother wrote a review about the property saying property was lovely but security was not good. The very rude owner rang me over the review and said hes overseas client's would not be happy and all we did was have drunken pool parties.  I can assure anyone reading this review that we did not have one party, we went out to eat everynight as we were on holidays and our ages well lets just say all over 55 except for two younger people, and drunken pool parties would have been the furthest thing from our minds.  I was furious with his statement just because we complained about security and lets face it this was South Africa we are talking about.  Anyway the house is lovely but I would not recommend it unless you were very sure the security was working.

1. Beautiful house/ garden and swimming pool. Very nice furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. Friendly owners, they were really  interested if we had a good time. Precious, the lady who looked after us, was so kind and sweet, we all loved here.
