Paradise Village

Awsome stay. Nonnie is so friendly - met us at the gate, all our baggage carried to our rooms, all we had to do was relax and enjoy the weekend, cant wait to go back there again.

Our stay was not nice at all, we actually left at 10pm due to the fact that the place was dirty rat droppings everywhere the constant smell of fire, you are not greeted by the right people of the lodge but rather one of the workers, in general you were not welcomed in the correct manner and the security was not good you were left with an unsafe feeling.

I usually welcome the guests personally, but due to circumstances I wasn't able to do it. The man who booked them in speaks a perfect English, and I get so many compliments from guests. They didn't book in, just walked through the resort, and were suppose to sleep in the 4 sleeper, which was in a perfect condition, and then they wanted a 2 sleeper. I am busy with renovations, so the chalet that my worker showed him wasn't ready for guests. I was back at the resort at 3 pm. and they weren't here. They didn't come back, so I don't know how they could have booked out at 10 pm? I have been here 15 years, and there has been no crime. The constant smell of fire? They were here for 10 minutes, so it could have been that the neighbours burned the veld.
